Dallas is booming! Real Estate is so hot right now. It’s been like this for years now. I work with a lot of local buyers and sellers. Also, I deal with a lot of people relocating to Dallas and investors based in other states wanting to cash in on the action. The market is only going to grow even more over time. No slowing down.
What Are Some Of The Hottest Areas In Dallas To Buy Right Now?
Really all of Dallas is hot right now. I deal with a lot of buyers wanting to buy new homes on Lower Greenville in Dallas and Preston Hollow. I also have a lot of buyers wanting to buy in Northern areas like Frisco and Prosper. Northern areas of Dallas are growing non stop. It’s awesome to see those cities grow.
When Working With Home Buyers What Type Of Flooring Do They Desire The Most?
Now a days people want to try and get a “picture perfect home.” Having the latest trend in flooring is important to them. Sometimes its the most important thing when buying a home. Hardwood floors will always be at the top of the list. Buyers love nice carpet in the bedrooms, but beautiful hardwoods throughout the rest of the home. I tend to see a lot of people going for the lighter colored wood floors and even the gray shades of wood. TV has made the more modern gray trendy. Looks beautiful!

Get rid of all the clutter and deep clean your home. A lot of home buyers want to imagine living in the home they are looking at. So take down all the clutter. Also, deep clean by waxing your floors, shampooing your carpets, and cleaning the windows.

I love all facets of Real Estate. Seeing someone find the home of their dreams makes me so happy. I grew up in foster care and didn’t always have a home, so helping other people find a home comes full circle for me. It is my passion. There is nothing that I would rather be doing.
